In my practice, I value the importance of a mind-body connection and utilize mindfulness as needed in our sessions. My life’s journey has taught me to appreciate each individual, and incorporate a humanistic approach to tailor to your needs. It’s important for me to meet you where you are in the therapeutic process; you are not alone!

mind peep was created to explore why we act in certain ways.

Our peep symbolizes rebirth and growth. Baby birds eventually leave the nest; we look at it the same way in therapy.

During sessions, I provide tools to help clients grow and ‘take a peep’ outside the nest.

It can be challenging to begin this introspection, so offering a glimpse, —a peep— is a gentle way to ease into the therapeutic process.
